Destek Infosolutions is a small 20 person company which is known for haraasing and abusing employees.
They delay salaries every month by 10-20 days because of which all employees suffer financially. The CEO Mandar Lande shouts and scream every other day at employees and is violent and abusive. HR is Mandar Lande's wife and hence employees cannot complain about salaries, or long working hours of 12-18 hours everyday, or the screaming and shouting and drama that Mandar Lande creates everyday. We, at Lawguru, a registered law firm, upon the instructions on behalf of our Client Mr. Mandar Popatrao Lande, C.E.O. & Founder of "M/s. Destek Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd.", state hereby that, the said online websites i.e. "www.complaintlists.com", "www.complaintboard.in" and "www.consumercomplaints.in" have published defamatory contents through their respective online portal i.e. their online websites against my client without confirming about the authenticity of the same.
The contents published therein are totally false and baseless and are published just to defame my client with the sole intention of affecting the business and reputation of my client.
For this purpose, We have also lodged a N.C. (Complaint) before the Vimantal Police Station against the activities of the websites bearing N.C.R. No. 2069/2022 under the provisions of Section 500 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
We, at Lawguru, also state that if any individual, body, incorporation or organization hereafter approach the above mentioned websites or any other website for publishing illegal or false contents against my client’s organization, or against my client individually, a strict legal response will be initiated against them starting with a Police Complaint and followed by court proceedings.
