We, at Lawguru, a registered law firm, upon the instructions on behalf of our Client Mr. Mandar Popatrao Lande, C.E.O. & Founder of "M/s. Destek Infosolutions Pvt. Ltd.", state hereby that, the said online websites i.e. "www.complaintlists.com", "www.complaintboard.in" and "www.consumercomplaints.in" have published defamatory contents through their respective online portal i.e. their online websites against my client without confirming about the authenticity of the same.
The contents published therein are totally false and baseless and are published just to defame my client with the sole intention of affecting the business and reputation of my client.
For this purpose, We have also lodged a N.C. (Complaint) before the Vimantal Police Station against the activities of the websites bearing N.C.R. No. 2069/2022 under the provisions of Section 500 of the Indian Penal Code, 1860.
We, at Lawguru, also state that if any individual, body, incorporation or organization hereafter approach the above mentioned websites or any other website for publishing illegal or false contents against my client’s organization, or against my client individually, a strict legal response will be initiated against them starting with a Police Complaint and followed by court proceedings.
Hence, this Declaration.

An ambitious, dynamic and technically focused Serial Entrepreneur with over 10 years cross-industry experience. An individual who has been responsible for various frauds and Co-Founder, CEO, Destek Infosolutions Pvt Ltd, is what Mandar Lande has been.
This person Mandar Lande is always fooling everyoneunder different names of companies and STARTUP from clients and customers, employees, business owners, vendors, under the name of Startup. Mandar Lande calls himself all following thinges

None of these ventures have suceeeded or even been launched. It is only PR and Marketing and he gets employees and then none of them are paid, clients are unhappy and have filed cases. There are viral videos on Whatsapp and Youtube of Mandar Lande Abusing employees loudly and violently. Sometimes there is open abuse in the office.
4 Office Space Owners have asked him to leave because theeir address was listed as fraud because of Mandar Lande out because of issues of rudeness abuse and non payments. 17 employees have already filed cases on his abuse in the labour court. 3 CLients are pursuing cases with the Consumer court against Mandar Lande - Co-Founder, Director - DhakDhak Pvt Ltd and Mandar Lande Co-Founder, CEO, Destek Infosolutions Pvt Ltd
I highly recommend not working with this dirty fellow who has fooled me and my business grouop under the name of websites and Digital Transformation agency. "Destek Infosolutions is a full spectrum Digital Transformation Agency helping client's leverage technology to achieve new levels of business efficiencies" is what they claim but in fact they delivered:
1. 7 Non working websites
2. Stopped answering any calls for website related support
3. When we called the project managers and designers we were informed they all had left because salaries were not paid on time
4. We visited the office in Office No. 702, B Wing, East Court, Phoenix Market City, Clover Park, Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411014 but got to know that there is no one there by the name Destek Infosolutions. Now the Address shows New Airport Rd, Mhada Colony, Viman Nagar, Pune, Maharashtra 411014, India
Various cases are being pursued against this individual Mandar Lande and his associates Annirudha Kotgire and Deshpande. I request and recommend serious business people not to engage with this person as you will loose money in his fraud startup and digital transformation
