I am writing to raise a complaint regarding my recent order with Detec.in.I placed an order on January 11, 2025, and made the full payment of Rs. 2, 400. The order number is #88829.
Despite more than a month having passed since my purchase, my order status remains unfulfilled, and I have not received the product. Moreover, all my attempts to contact their customer service through phone calls have gone unanswered. This lack of response and delay in dispatching the product is entirely unacceptable.
