Detech Devices Pvt Ltd — Not delivering of product of online purchase

I have placed an online order to detech devices on line for Corelle Foliage Glass Microwave Dinner Plate 110-FE-LP 24th October. 2022 for an amount of Rs. 1099.00. The order No is 30756. They have neither sent my order nor pickup phones. I want my money back.
I want to lodge a complaint for fraudulent activities. please help.
