Detive Techtrix Inc — Taking our completed project and not paying our salary and security deposit after we want to quit from the job | |||
I have taken a project by paying security deposit of ₹5000 for the data entry job in Detive Techtrix Inc. Before paying the amount they didn't informed me that if I haven't maintain 80% accuracy they will not pay the amount but after paying the amount they have given a slip where it shown our paid amount is non refundable in any circumstances. After that they have sent a agreement where we should accept it for any case because I don't have any options of getting my security deposit back so I have accepted the agreement and completed the work. After completion of my work I submitted to them but after submission they took my work and they sent a mail that I'm not eligible for the payment. The project consists of 200 pages and each page consists of 50 - 60 lines and approximately 750 - 800 words in each page. Approximately around 1, 50, 000 words they found 32 words errors in my project and they said I'm not eligible for payment. They are saying that the project is rejected because of those 32 errors around 1, 50, 000 words. Didn't they correct those 32 words and use my project? Me and my brother have spent 15days almost 18 hours per day. We dedicated our time and we completed our project in time and submitted it in time. But they told that they won't pay a single rupee to our project. How fair it is? I'm attaching the proofs of above message as photos please do consider it and don't fall in their jobs Especially in the designation of HR Maya, Hemalatha and Akanksha are traiting the job seekers. I have received a call from Prerna([protected]) as there are data entry job. I asked if there are any fee that i need to pay. she said we can't say that on phone asked me to come to office i.e (
Regus, 8th Floor, SLN Terminus Building, Gachibowli,
Hyderbad, 500032
). I have reached the office and they said i need to pay 5000 as a security deposit and give just 10 minutes of time. And if i don't pay there are many available to get the same job. I have paid the amount after which she has actually sent the agreement which has many clauses. The work they have given basically needs 15hour of work a day for 15 days for a person without a typing speed. They try to trap unemployed youth and misleading in the office to pay money as a security deposit but in actual they have never returned it to anyone i know.
The type of software they had asked to type will not allow to copy or paste, will erase the data if you long press any button or if you type too speed you
will get an error as you are not human typing speed is too high. It is highly impossible for a person to know what mistakes they write while typing until we get Quality Report.
As per the Factories Act 1948, every adult (a person who has completed 18 years of age) cannot work for more than 48 hours in a week and not more than 9 hours in a day.
Kindly report any job with all the proofs and please stop this job circle of trapping unemployed youth.
