This is to inform you that during the "lock down" period, we retailers thought there was no supply of your products from your company via distributor but we investigate the matter and found that there is smooth delivery to the distributor but it's been sold to high rate to big shots and thus we failed to purchase the item and had to buy at high price from other places and so customer are getting quite offended as they had to buy at high prices from us in a limited stock and accusing us for it..
So it's a request to look on to this matter and take necessary action to it.. Otherwise we retailers had to take serious steps to it.
