Deva Matha Electronics — not yet surrendering the product

Hi,
When i queried about tv repair from sulekha website, then an executive from deva matha electronics had called me and, immediately attended the issue, after that they took the spare parts and said with in 2 to 3 days they will be back with servicing the part of the product. But after 6 month till now they event come back and not yet attend the call also. So how your going to resolve it the problem which i have given the complaint to u. And im sorry to say sulekha plz dont establish the fraud company.
