I have been issued this no by pnbank co dehradun uk 248001, as corporate no. Now i had retired on 31.12.2016 and want to convert this no as personal. Our institute is not giving noc because they hade mailed for closure. I hade chareged the no for rs.509/- on 30.06.2017 now i am unable to call by this no. Please solve my problem. I went to your customer store office mdda cock tower ddn uk with photo & adhar card but they had refused saying that there is no facility to convert the no from corporate to personal.
