Devesh Indane Service, Chainpur, Siwan, Bihar — Booking cancellation without any reason

Dear sir/ Madam,

This is to bring to your notice that we had booked Indane cylinder on 14th March 2016. Today we received a message regarding booking cancellation. We called on [protected]. After a lethargic approach they registered our complain. Our complain number is - 2593650. They asked us to call back after 48 working hours to know the reason of cancellation.

The crucial question is - are we expected to wait for 48 working hours just to know the reason? Then what is the time line for remedy. . Our Gas cylinder has been finished and we do not have other option to cook than Gas cylinder.
