I have invested in devyani international ipo via grow app but no shares allotted to me. And amount not unblocked and refund, it's already high time

Expecting the resolution, I would like to inform you that I had applied for Devyani International IPO with following details, but no shares were allotted to my DP, the refund has yet to be executed even after mailing to the company secretary of Devyani International as suggested by SEBI to do so.
But no response and no refund or no unblock of the amount costing me Rs. 29700.
I request you to help me out in this regard.

I visited 4 times.
1) First visit was at 9 pm and they said they will not take orders and asked to order by zomato. I saw even a guy who served person order for parcel
2) Second visit was pathetic as the staff misguided me to buy extra items for ala karte ( 2 leg piece chicken). This ended me to forcefully pay extra bucks even for cool drink which I was really not interested. Food quality was compromised having more crunchy layer and less meat inside with small size. Not value for money
3) Third visit staff did not accept my sudexo meal card and quantity served was very less. Even after paying 180 rs for 2 leg piece chicken, I had to shell out extra money to eat food outside the kfc to fulfill my minimal hunger.
4) Fourth visit was made after I escalated complaint in kfc website. Representative assured me that I will not face these any of the issues in future. Surprisingly when I visit the store they still didn't accept sudexo meal card which I use everywhere.
Please value customers else they will look for alternatives
