Dear Sir,
I visit GIP mall food court every Saturday and use Cash card to pay food orders. On 23/07 I topped it up by 300 rs as balance was low, Dosa vendor vaango told me. That day we did not use card as somehow payment was done by paytm by that time.
On next Saturday 30/07/2022 I tried to pay at dosa vendor it said negative balance, I ran to the card counter, now they could not help me to understand where the money gone, all they saying that on 23rd it was made 0, but on 23 I recharged with 300.
I left the card with card/cash counter for them to investigate but so far I did not hear anything from them.
All I can understand is that seems like at the time of recharging, the girl representative cleared the card instead of topping it up and took the cash.
It’s very annoying experience, people recharge or take this card as it’s very poor cellular network on the food court and all mobile wallets etc don’t work.

Request you pls look into this matter and refund the amount in the card or cash.
