I Bhavna authorized signatory of M/s Dewan Chand, hereby inform you that we have taken a loan against property from Indostar Capital Finance Ltd 204, Padma Tower -2, Rajendra Place, New Delhi-110008 .on[protected]. We made part payment i.e. 25% of Principal Outstanding (57 lacs) on[protected].On July 31, 2023, we want to do the full payment of Principal Outstanding. We made a full payment of (189 lacs) on 3 August 2023, After that Indostar Capital Finance Ltd charges heavy Penal interest for late payment i.e around 7 lac, and also charged unnecessary interest and shows an outstanding loan amount of 17 lac, We clear all the dues, We also pay Foreclosure charges. We have also taken a loan from another bank from the same property at less rate of interest, Indostar Capital denies to release the paper, and We are suffering undue damages. we tried all possible ways to communicate with Indostar through mail and branch visits they show very immorality and misbehavior towards us.
