We had a detailed communication of places to cover along with stays and transport with additional services like rides and dinners in kashmir.
We have been charged etc for the same and we have made the payments as per the terms.
Later our driver denied taking us as per itinerary saying he was not informed and travel agent representative have not answered to our calls and messages.
we have paid additional for the local transport.
The other miserable experience was the candle light dinner. They have given the stinky candles along with stale food which made us sick.
Due to bad weather our gandola ride was cancelled and they denied to give us the refund of same giving lame reasons. Once we conveyed to raise a complaint then they instantly transferred the amount.
We got to know from the driver that agent has assigned the job to third party but deyor denied saying they are employees of deyor but the transfer amount is received from an individual but not from deyor. Was this information helpful? |
