I had ordered noise shots x3 bass from this company and i received the same on 14/15 january 2020. I had charging issues from the first day. The charging case was not working at all. I wanted refund but the company informed that as per policy refund is not allowed and i will have to get the defect rectified. Therefore, i returned the product to the delivery guy on 29.01/2020. As per policy i was to get the repaired product by 5 working days but they are still saying that they have not received the product at their warehouse.
