We have Purchased a falt 1303 in (Sati Smruti)Sheetal Height, CTS no. 569, 570 under project Registration No. P[protected], located at Rani Sati Marg, Malad East, Mumbai-97 of DGS Group Toughcons Realtors Pvt Ltd, this building consist of 22 floors we have book this flat in Dec 2015 we have made 100% payment to the builder dgs group for which he has given us the possession in a flat where no one can leave and then too what the flat he has constructed is not proper there are many pending works still to be completed, such as the there are cracks in sealing of our flat and also cracks on the wall as well in short the flat is not in position to leave inspite a regular reminder and calls to toughcon realtors Pvt Ltd ( dgs group) there seems to be no response from the builder for which I require your help in fighting with builder
I want that he should refund my money back as he has taken us the 20 ℅ balance payment by harassing us payment, my question is that why he has taken the balance 20℅ payment without completing the entire building the building is only completed till 13th floor.
We have a demand letter from dgs for harrassing us for the balance payment and on the balance 20% payment and in which he force us to make a payment or else he would be charging us a panalty of Rs. 5, 24, 000/- so we made a entire payment by taking a loan from a bank for the rest 20 ℅ balance payment and now my question is that the flat is opened from 13th floor and it's that's no water proofing work has been inspite of many reminder so I have a fear that the rain water would enter in to my house during rainy season so I require your help in this regard and also want to take some legal action against the builder for taking the entire pay inspite building is not completed

So thus in this regard I require your help
All the work done by the builder is the worst construction I would say yet we have not started to leave in our flat yet there are cracks on sealing and on the entire wall of our flat inspite of regular reminder he is not doing anything so for the same I require your

please help me out for the same we have registered this flat in Nov 2018 this falt is in name of my elder brother Ankit Umesh Mehta & My dad Umesh Chagganlal Mehta

After this i have asked to stay in the flat and was forcibly given the possession of any incomplete building in which i have done furniture and fixtures and started living initially too in the month of rainy season i have already complained the builder and the builder person about the leakage in the flat but then too then too no action taken and yet too you can see the damages in my flat due to which there is much loss of my money in terms of furniture and fixtures and damages to my flat as well

but inspite doing many reminders and complaint to the builder he is not bother at all to listen at all

and in this the main person the broker who have taken the bokerage too in advanced and he haven't helped as he too was looking in the Building as he is the incharge and supervisor too but he hadn't help me as of he was in the favour of builder only as many times we requested him for doing color and all but he told that dont worry will do but yet it hasn't done and no one over here is listening
