Sir I have order a HP bag with Bluetooth combo pack of rs699.but this site have given me an duplicate HP bag which is not even a school bag .It is off worst quality I have seen ever .they showed different pic while ordering but they have send different and Bluetooth device is also not working not even switched on .when I can them they respond after many times that urs product can't be returned. I think this product is 8-9 years old which they have send me .
