Dhamaldiscount.com — 20000Mah power bank and bluetooth is in damaged condition and not working

I bought 20000mah powerbank and bluetooth. Powerbank is in damaged condition and not charged mobile which is 2300 mah atleast once and bluetooth is not working condition. They told on website 100% original product and 100%refund and return policy but now they not exchange product or refund my money.

32 gb ka memory card and 6000 mah power bank e badla 10000 mah ka power bank change karke dena parega...mena 10000 mah ka powerbank oder kiya tha..magar 6000 mah ka power bank veja gaya hain..pls keep change product.
