My Cibil report shows a Personal Loan entry from IVL Finance/Dhani Bank. I alerted the Dhani bank through email when an inquiry was made regarding a personal loan through my Cibil report. I got a call back from the bank asking for the source, which I duly provided along with my documents.
I was told they would look into the matter, but nothing happened and the loan was disbursed to the fraudster who stole my identity.
My Cibil score has dropped drastically due to the non-payment of the Loan.
I would like the bank to look into the matter and remove the entry from my Cibil and resolve it as soon as possible. Was this information helpful? |
