Dhani Healthcare — My order was cancelled but payment was successful.

My order which I was placed on dhani App. Order no - EP3622130 was cancelled but still refund not received.
Today I was tried to place new order, money was debited from my account but order not reflected on dhani platform.
Following is a reply received from my bank.
"You are requested to reach out to Dhani Healthcare Limited and ask them to check the payment at their end. You can mention the UPI reference number[protected] "
