[Resolved]  Dhani Loan — I want to refund the amount

Hi this is ashok,
My registered mobile number in dhani is :[protected].

My registered name in dhani is :
Ashok Lanke.

My registered dhani email ID is:
[protected]@gmail.com

I have taken a loan on dhani. I try to make loan payment of Rs. 4000/- to dhani loans via phone pay the amount deducted from my bank account was:18242/-.

This was happened was due to technical issue in phone pay.

I contacted the customer care of phone pay they told please ask merchant of which u paid then they will refund the amount.

I contacted the dhani customer care so many times via thier customer care number, email ID. They told me u will get refund within 2 working days. Every time they told u will get refund within 2 working days. From today it's been 3 weeks.
I made this transaction on 03-Feb-2022.Till now i didn't get my refund amount.

Please refund my amount into my bank account (which I made transaction)immediately.
