[Resolved]  Dhani Loans And Service Limited — No resolution for CIBIL Problem

Hello, I opened the Dhani loan account one year before and on 6th January 2022 cleared all the dues and deactivated my dhani account.
Now In February 2022 I need personal loan from bank for my mother surgery, but my loan rejected. I find out the reason and purchase premium version of CIBIL where i came to know that Dhani due of 79 rupees is pending and due to this my cibil is hitting badly and credit history also badly impacted.

I raise the dispute on cibil, they revert back with the statement "no change contact your lending partner dhani".I started calling to dhani on 26 Feb 2022 to explain whole issue and on calling they said drop a mail to our support team mail id our finance team will reach you. Later I done this send the mail to their support team on 26th Feb only. ticket created and they responded to submit cibil report and i submitted the report that day only . after that " no response" from their side, 5 days over. Again I dropped the same mail, ticket created, " No response". Again I called to dhani, their executive said, drop a mail to support team. Same process done " NO response ". This all the things mail, calling, sending cibil report done at least more than FIVE TIMES in 30 days. Whole month is over but still my problem is not solved. I need personal loan for mother surgery, but this fraudsters not solving my issue and due to this i cant arrange money.I tried each and every possible way to reach them, submitted CIBIL report lots of time, but still they are not solving my issue.Almost 30 days over still they are not serious for my issue and cibil getting affected day by day. I attached each and every details with this complaints like calling history, email i sended to dhani, responses from my side, Cibil dispute enquery screenshot. Please take strict action on them, your team is the last hope! I attached all the proofs.
