Dhani — Medicine was not delivered on time and refund is taking so long

Hi there,
I have placed an order for medicine via Dhani App on 20/4/22 ( ORDER NO - EP3280112 ). Medicine was supposed to be deliver within one week. After Two week when I didn't received an order, I contacted Dhani support team and they promised me that it will delivered to you within maximum 48hrs . I waited for another 4 days and same thing were repeated for another 3 -4 times. Every time I got promised but nothing happened to my order . What I felt that there was a issue with logistic but no one was able to resolve the issue...
I felt so bad and very disappointed as Dhani is dealing with medicine and how can be they such irresponsible, unethical practice... It was totally unprofessional behavior from all the members I spoke, they just promise and can not delivered. Meanwhile As it took long to delivered, I have to take medicine from Pharmeasy.

After that I requested refund, which was even more complicated. They said to get a refund you have to return the medicine which was never delivered. After so many phone calls and chat over the mobile app, At the end they process the refund saying no one picked up the medicine at doorstep. I was happy at that point thinking this nightmare is going to end but I was surprised that even more drama started.
After one week I have asked for the refund then they said that, Once the medicine will return to the warehouse then and then we can return the money. So I think on 21st may I spoke to them and they said it should be done maximum one week. After one week when I checked in app it was saying that money got refunded on 23/5/22. Now the problem is support team is saying money got refunded and but I have checked all my account and I cant see money back in to my account. They are saying that as per the data security they cant provide me my bank details which they have refunded the money. Support team advised me that if you write an email they will reply within 24 hrs . So I spent my time to write an email on 8/6/22 which I have attached in this email. As expected till date I have never received and email or phone call...

After so much frustration I rang support team today to find out the status and same reply again. some how I managed to speak to one of the so called Service Expert Team Manager (Ankit Raj ). After long conversation which was not helping me at all he can only provide me the transaction id which was no helpful to me. Ankit was so rude, arrogant, unprofessional behavior which was totally unacceptable for senior manager..
I was so annoyed and unhappy with overall service which I was received from Dhani store.
So I am still waiting for money to come in to my account.

My main concern is customer should get medicine / service on promised time ...

Please do the needful from your end so other customer should not suffer from their poor service ..

I am very disappointed to write this email.
I have placed an order around 20/4/22 (Order id 3280112 or 6997290)
Didnt received order on time and with very heavy hearted I have asked for refund..
To get medicine on time I have rang so many times but Unfortunately nothing happened..
At the end I have to ask for refund.
Now its the same issue, refund has been issue on 23/5 but it has never reached to my account..
Please guide me what to do??
I rang but they dont know which account they have paid?
Please refund the money ASAP.
