Sub: Complaint against Dhani.com for creating a fake loan app account, fake email id, fake mobile Number on my name—threatening me to pay Rs. 18, 344/- alleging it to be outstanding due loan amount-request to take action against the Owners/Directors of Dhani Loan App-reg.
1. I, P.Swapna W/o. P.Ravi Kiran, aged about 31 years, R/o. House No. 3-42/A, Plot No. 260, Road No.5, Prashanth Hills, Meerpet, Ranga Reddy District, I bring the following few lines for your kind consideration.
2. I submit that on 9.10.2025 four persons including Mr. Anil (Mobile No. [protected]) came to my House ( My grand Mother House at H.No.1-196, Mohan Nagar, Jillelguda, R.R.District-- which is 4 Km away from my place) and threatening me to pay the alleged outstanding due amount of Rs. 18, 344/-. Otherwise they will harass me and my family until I pay the above said amount. I submit that Infact I do not know about the Dhani Loan App. I have not installed any dhani app nor I have made any transactions in the Loan app. I do not know that whether there will be such type of Mobile loan app at all.
3. I got registered FIR Against the Dhani App and its staff vide FIR No. 1429/2025 Dt. 11.11.2025 Under Sections 318(4)—cheating; 319 (2)--cheating by personation; 315 (2)--Dishonest misappropriation of funds belonging to some other person of BNS and Sec.66c--Identity theft using some one digital signature; Sec. 66d..cheating by personation of ITA Act before Meerpet PS.
4. The Police conducted preliminary enquiry under which it is revealed that, the people of Dhani App have created a Fake Mobile No. [protected] and fake email ID- [protected]@gamil.com and fake Account No. is CL27483379 fraudulently on my name which are nothing to do with me. I do not know how they have collected my adhar card and pan card. I suspect that they have collected from internet or Facebook or from my two Bank Accounts SBI, Central Bank of India. And it seems that basing upon the above documents they have created fake Dhani Loan account, email id and Mobile Number. The enquiry is in process.
CHEATING OF DHANI LOAN APP PEOPLE
1. Fake Mobile No. Lying in the name of one Ram Kumar, Uttarpradesh
is [protected]. But Original Mobile No. of Swapna is [protected]
2. Fake Email ID created by dhani is [protected]@gamil.com. But Original Email of Swapna is [protected]@gmail.com
3. Fake Loan Account No. CL27483379 created by Dhani. But Swapna has no such Account and the fraud happened behind her back.
Hence, I request your goodself to take action against the above said Dhani App and its Owners/Directors as per law.
