Dhani — Money Deducted from Wallet but not transferred in my bank account

I have done 4 transactions, in this sequence 110rs, 5137rs1 4932rs, and 3996rs. the first transaction of 110rs is reflecting in my account but after that rest of the 3 transactions are not reflecting in my bank account. I have tried to call the customer care but somehow they don't have any option we can connect to customer care executive they only will redirect us to a computer audio and it will ask to use Dhani App and If Payment is done via NEFT then It should be received in 24hrs but its almost more than that. I am attaching a snapshot for clarity.
