Dhani — Non cancellation of one freedom card

I had issued the card which I had used twice, after using I have paid all the dues accordingly on the emi date and now I am not able to cancel the card as it is showing due amount. I have given a complaint against this issue to the customer care but no response from their side . They are charging monthly fee of Rs.589/- which I have been paying from the month of July till now. The customer care executive is telling that I have a due left even after paying all of them. Please look into the matter as soon as possible. And cancel the card immediately.
