I made some order through dhani freedom card, which got failed and the amount was deducted, I waited 3-4 days and contacted them, after that they said it should be refund in 48 hours and not it’s been around weeks and I haven’t been provided my refund, I provided everything thing regarding my order and every time they reply same thing it should reflect in 2 days .i even called their customer care and he was soo rude to me and even said that their is no refund issued from the merchant Was this information helpful? |
