Dhani — Refund of Rs 499 still not received its almost more than 1 month

Please refund my money since almost 25 days my money is blocked with you as per the subject mention Refund of Rs.499 Register mobile no [protected] Order id:EP4006152

For your I have attached the unbilled statement screen shot and my cedit card statements

I have also rec'd their complaint ticket id no which I have mention above but still there is no revert or help and they havent refunded my money yet

This was the message and I have also send them the proof attachments too but still they haven't given my refund for that what should I do now I am unable to understand for which I require your help
