Iam using my dhani freedom card for purchase some groceries on bigbasket but some delivery reason bigbasket cancel my prepaid orders. on same day bigbasket raising my refund back to dhani account timeline is 7 t0 10 days
but now 11th day iam not receiven my refund dhani customer care no. not work properly many time of effort only 1 time connect to customer care executive she says we are checking but not provide any accurate time.
