I am purchased a water purifier on saturday. That day i am took leave to my office for that work. A person name lokesh came that day and fixed the purifier. After some time the water leakage starts by front tap. I informed them. But my request to mr. Thamarai selvan is a responsible person he told monday will come after 6.30 pm and solve that issue. But monday morning the leakage increased, new machine has very bad qulaity generally water quality tested by the technicians. But here not so new machine quality is like leakages from it.. Today 7 pm iam contact them. They told after 6 pm they are not service to their customers. I am residing guduvanchery, but they told me they are from urapakkam. But it is not true. They are from chrompet. Their numbers are [protected], [protected], 31928811, 31928822, [protected]. But i called all these numbers, all calls attended by one person only. After some time they are not responded. See, the customer service of this persons with in a week i will take action legally to replace this machine Was this information helpful? | |||||

they are not ready to service the customers.
