I'm undrajavarapu gangaratnam writing this letter to you that my insurance ip num [protected] had maid a claim in the month of march 2019 i had a cataract surgery have attached the bills and medical documents of the hospital where i was treated.. It's been 5mnths till now claim has not been settled i never received any mail nor sms.. Claim i'd is not generated even when i checked through portal.. I requesting you to prioritize the case asap
