Many persons have quit bookings from universia and royal enclave. everyone is facing this problem.
Booking amount in lakhs not yet returned after 1 year.
fake assurances, money diverted to other projects. no proper balance sheet, no accounting of this excess money. using celebrety to mislead people.
very bad organization...staff parrot the same words and keep on changing.
