Order ID:[protected], Ordered a cake and flower on 14th March. After it was delivered on 16th March, I raised a complaint with the customer support team of winni that the flowers that are sent are dull and not good, they did not acknowledge my complaint saying that it is fresh a bit dry. They said only 1 flower is defective and we can offer a 50/- refund as good will. Pathetic customer service respond after paying such a high price for flowers. Kindly take action.
