Me and and my father got RCT done from Miss Charu dhingra (Karol Bagh) . I got just one molar while mat dad got almost whole jaw fixed up. We payed 50k for the services.
1. She never gave us the complete bill and that also when we asked the bill.
2. My Root canal was never perfect i had so much pain after it and have ever seen any one doing RCT without taking x-rays, she dosen't have a x-ray machine and work on the basis of how much pain the patient having. I had to go through so much painfull sessions
3. All can be accepted but my father got whole jaw and since the day he got it he is having problem. Sometime one tooth come of, some day other breaks. Even eating a chapati make them fall off. its been a disaster and i am so depressed that i payed my hard earned money to this cunning girl and she has no shame giving us such poor service and my dad and me are still facing pains and issues.
She literally insulted me once in front of her helpers and the guy who makes the caps that she need money at that very moment We thought she is my father's friend's daughter and she will be good, but that was such a big mistake.
how can a dentist do a RCT without x-ray .
I want my money back so me and my dad can get our tooth fixed from a better place. I am still having horrible pains and will have to shed another 4-5k for same job :( this is highly disgusting and shame full Was this information helpful? |
