I found an issue with the phase-3 DC converted plots.
"DC conversion plots" is actually belongs to either lake or green buffer around the lake. The builder is quoting DC converted plots at a lower price 999/- instead of BMRDA approved plots at 1449/- from the same layout.

Look for survey number 40 in Page-3 of CDP map of Anekal Planning Authority (BMRDA) near Kugur lake.
We can easily make out the DC converted plots are carved out of lake/green buffer.
DC converted plots: plot no. 1 to 46 (phase-3) of Survey No. 40 looks like illegal.

It is pertinent to mention here that in the land bearing Sy. No.40, situated at Chikkanahalli Kamanahalli village, Sarjapura Hobli, Anekal taluk, Bengaluru Urban District, we had formed residential layout by taking permission from BMRDA authorities and the remaining land was left as park/buffer zone. Subsequently in the latest CDP the buffer zone has been lifted and we got remaining land converted for residential purpose for the remaining land vide O.M. dated[protected] issued by Deputy Commissioner, Bangalore District and accordingly we have formed D.C. sites therein but for having lifted/changed the buffer zone into residential zone which will be revised in the next CDP Plan to be prepared by the concerned authorities. That being the factual position you have not gone into the actual records, documentary evidence/conversion order/proceedings and blindly without proper knowledge posted the reviews knowing the actual consequences.
Hence you are hereby called upon to remove the reviews forthwith without giving room for any unpleasantiliness in the matter. Hope best wisdom prevails in the matter.
