I called and spoke with DHL Cargo Logistics at [protected] regarding transporting goods. They provided a quotation of ₹1200 and were constantly insisting on picking up the goods quickly, claiming they would get them loaded the same night, which they did not. The LRN number they provided was also not updated. They kept pressuring me for full payment even though I had no information about my shipment. For 4-5 days, I kept following up with them, and finally, I received an update that my goods had been loaded. However, the invoice they sent showed ₹3852 after adding extra charges, which they had never informed me about earlier. After arguing about this, they told me to make the full payment, assuring me that any extra amount would be refunded within 24 hours after the package was delivered. My package was delivered on and I had already shared my bank details. For the past three days, I have been continuously calling and messaging them on these numbers [protected] and [protected], but I am not getting any response, reply, or update about my refund status. And now they both have blocked my numbers. I have all the proof, including call recordings, messages, and emails related to my refund. The number and mail id also they provided on the website is not working:
