DHL Cargo Packers And Movers — Damaged many home appliances and not responding for insurance claim

Hi Consumer Complaints Team,

My self Kranthi Kumar, I have opted for DHL Cargo Packers and Movers for shifting my House Hold items from Chennai(TN) to Vizayanagaram(AP). While delivery I seen many of my items got damaged in transport. I have opted for Insuarnce for my House Hold Items like Telivision, Refigerators, Air Conditioners, Dining etc., .

But while I am trying to claim the same for the damaged products DHL team is not at all respoinding. They are not answering my call and disconnecting my call when I try to reach from different number after listening to my Name. I have all the proofs and prhotographs for damaged products along with insurance documents.

Àlso I was told that the container will not be shared and is allocated only to me but the container was shared and because of which goods were damaged. I informed d same to Dhl manager - Vinod. He agreed to pay 8000 for sharing the container and therefore I left the container to leave. But now he started denying ( have pics as proof).
Requested to pack the outer unitß of Ac but they denied saying that nothing will happen.
But ac was damaged as it stopped working and informed d same to Vinod and he questions me how it can be damaged and needs pics
I really don't understand how can I share pics f internally damaged outer unit.
Pls do the needful on priority.
