These guys are utter waste, not worth trusting a single rupee. I boarded my household items from chennai to vadodara, gujarat. At first, the quotation we got was different, then while packing we were told that it's more than the quotation so we increased the total and made a full payment of 26680 inr. They said it will leave the same day, but it didn't. We were informed that it will leave a day after, but it didn't. The items were packed on 4th september 2017 and till now we have not received the items.
I got a call today saying that the truck is caught at the gujarat border due to over load they paid 22000 as fine which they will take from us. I asked them for the proof or receipt of that fine, but they didn't respond properly.
Initially they said 80% needs to paid at the time of packing and 20% after the items are delivered. We agreed to pay the fine amount only upon showing the receipt, but they rudely said to pay the amount only then we will get the items delivered at vadodara.
Seriously pathetic, total fraudsters. Take some serious action, cancel their business lisence. Was this information helpful? |
