We sent our household items through dhlmovers from delhi to bangalore. the packing people arrived at our doorstep on time and the owner gave us a very competitive quote stating everything is included. once they arrived, they packed and left asap without giving any receipt. when called they said everything is safe and we had gone to their office to drop our car. once everything reached there, the negotiations started where they wanted additional insurance for car and said once its on troller its not our responsibility. then when we said we dont need additional insurance then started adding service taxes n other charges. insurance for goods was also not provided.
