On 23 Dec. 2024, 12.20 PM For my car no. MH-19-BJ-5558, I recieved an Echallen no. HSPCC[protected] of Rs. 2000/- from Dhule Traffic Police, stating violation by vehicle overspeeding with speed 102 KM/H. In evidence they give the photographs of vehicle without Lattitude and Longitude. In grivance I asked the details of Lattitude and Longitude of the vehicle because its impossible that vehicle has speed of 102 KM/H in Dhule city.
So it is my humble request to you, please ask the Dhule traffic Police 1. to must provide Lattitude and Longitude of my car at the spot where challen raised. 2. Details of Collabaration of speed gun- Company, if speed gun collabarated, then date of collabaration, Name of lab where collabaration made, whether lab is authorised by the Govt. of India or not?
if they failed to give the details ask them to cancel the challen.
