I ordered a black lehenga from Dhyani Designer, but received a completely different item of poor quality. Despite multiple emails and WhatsApp messages, I haven't received any update or resolution. My order number is NS0639EDE3AF9AA8D3, placed on 05/01/2025 . I'm extremely disappointed with the service and would like a refund or replacement with the correct item.
