Di Services — fooled me and troubling again and again and threatening

This company offered me a work from home job opportunity i. E form filling, after finishing my work when i submitted my work they informed that my qc report was failed and hence i won't be paid for my work and as per agreement i need to pay 5000 rs but when the advocate contacted me he said that including legal charges i have to pay total 9720 rs so i paid this huge amount. Now again they are calling and threatening me that to come to the court, please help me with this.
