Dear Sir / Madam,
We, NuGEN Machineries Limited, Ahmedabad,
purchased Dial4Trade's 'Business Booster Plan' (value: Rs 7078), on 7th November 2023. Their official business proposal included:

2. Display up to 50 category at www.dial4trade.com/company-name/
3 Basic Logo Design
4 Domestic/ international Buyer Access 48 verify & Genuine and Guaranteed In 2 Year. As per your term and condition
5. ON PAGE SEO OPTIMIZED WEBSITE
6. Verified Icon with Business Listing & Profile
7 GET ENQUIRY THROUGH SMS/EMAIL
8. Access Unlimited Business Inquiry contact details in My Account
9. We will provide you 40-50 promotion keywords on top SEO on your individual Domain. (Google, Bing, Yahoo!, Baidu, DuckDuckGo, Ask.com etc.)
As soon as the aforementioned amount was paid, Dial4Trade Sales Team started pitching their 'MOTC CERTIFICATE' (Approx. Cost - Rs 30000), which they say is 'essential' to get an access to 48 verified, genuine and guaranteed buyers (mentioned in their Business Proposal - Point No. 4).
As we were not informed about 'Dial4Trade’s MOTC CERTIFICATE' while purchasing 'Business Booster Plan'; we refused to pay additional amount for the certificate.
With this complaint, we would like to bring to your attention that:
1. We are not receiving enquiries / buy leads through Dial4Trade’s Business Booster Plan.
2. We haven’t got an access to 48 verified, genuine and guaranteed buyers (mentioned in their Business Proposal).
3. Assigned Dial4Trade Support Executives (Sushma - +91-[protected], Ruby Gupta - +91-[protected], Palak Jha - +91-[protected]) have stopped responding to our calls.
4. We have tried contacting Dial4Trade Customer Service multiple times, but the problem has not been resolved. As a result, we believe that the best course of action for us is to request a refund.
We hereby request Team Dial4Trade to provide a resolution / refund at the earliest. We look forward to a quick and positive response…
