Hi. I have booked 2 units in Diamond Vedic city, haridwar by the name of DINESH GULIANI, 100 GAJ each. Its been now more than 13 years now and i am clueless about the owner of RAJESH BUILDCON & INFRASTRUCTURE PVT. LTD. Neither i have got the plots nor any refund, Kindly help me and caught the fraudster.

I also invested in this project and also submitted the full payment for my allotted plot but there is no update after that. Its almost 17 years and no update. I have all the receipts and everything. Please let me know how to proceed and either get the land or the money back
