Dibya Publication — Dibya publications sending fraud vpp which contains my original din number & also i lost 998 inr.

Today I have received a VPP post from Dibya Publications stating that it contains important information on DIN.Unfortunately i received it at 998 INR. I do not understand how they have got my DIN number and how they have come to know that I have recently got the DIN number. It looks like some official is colliding with the company and passing on the information. I request the concerned authorities to take stubborn action against the Company Dibya Publication and also the MCA official who is colliding with the company and passing on the information.
