I had given this company to create info graphic images for my scented candle brand. After days of discussion, they agreed to do at a price. The payment from my end was done on 17th december, 2024. After that the person responsible named nagma, didnt receive any calls/respond to any messages regarding the work done and on one day connecting over the call replied that they did not consider my work to be important so they didnot do it.
After asking for my refund continuously, they have just provided me with a feke slip with no transaction id that can be retraced, blaming me about my incorrect banking details provided (which are perfectly correct). Now they are not responding to calls/messages and are not having any communication as such. Was this information helpful? |
