Digi1 Shahapur — Washing machine replacement not delivered

I bought Refrigerator and Washing machine from digi 1 Shahapur on 22nd October 2023 and I paid all the bill. They deliver me Refrigerator and washing machine on 23rd but Washing machine was damaged so we sent it for replacement. After that day I call them for last 5 days they are just telling me that they will deliver us washing machine next day next day. Today they deliver us washing machine which was again damaged piece. Digi 1 shahapur they are just fooling me. The review that is on digi 1 site is given by mr.kausthubh manager of digi 1 shahapur.Mr. Kaustubh is fooling me. Please take action.
