Sir, I have took membership in Digital Gramin Sava company on[protected].From there they wont take customer complaints seriously, when we call to their customer care they wont lift calls, if give complaints on WhatsApp they wont see msg. If they see they will say that wait for hours and hours, today I called to them about mobile number updating, they told me to transfer 199 for that. I have sent as they told after that they are not lifting call and ignoring my msg in WhatsApp, I have WhatsApp conversation chat screenshots. Please stringent take stringent action against such digital portal platforms sir,
