If you buy the product of 500, so i purchased one fossil watch from www.digitalindiadeal.com at rs.650, which they delivered to me. The issue started after few days, i got a call saying that you have got the laptop as a prize of rs, 72999. But you have to pay the gst amount of 7200 inr to deliver the prize from delhi to bangalore so i paid that amount through jdpay on 09/09/2017. So, now they asked for my bank details. After providing my bank details, they are now telling me to keep minimum 18% of bank balance, which bank is also not saying to keep 18% minimum. After few days they asked me to pay 22000 inr to link the bank account and this amount is refundable immediately one the first installment is credited to bank account. I have denied to pay the amount and they told me whatever amount i paid will not be refundable and advised to pay only 10000 remaining 12 thousand will be paid by the agent vishal malhotra. After paying 10000 inr received a call from rahul stating you 12000 inr received from our own employee and that amount is not consider and vishal malhotra played game that his job is in trouble if i won't pay the 12000 inr amount he will be thrown out of the company. Finally i received the call again they asked me to pay 36000 inr to release the bank cheque. I denied to to pay and requested for refund but i they have sent some item to address which cost 17500 inr but actually it doesn't cost more than 7500 inr. Also they said remaining 22000 inr will be refunded by february but no response and i informed to take back the item which i received since that's not worth for 17500. I request you to accept my complaint in which i have not got my total money of 40200 inr rupees + my bank details. I also request you to take some strict actions, as this is the big fraud and many more consumers can be the victims of this fraud or scam. If i didn't get my money back, then i have all the mails, which i will bring in front of court or media, if required.
