You have been misleading a lot of customers on the pretext of a prize. I was supposed to receive a call from your department regarding a counselling session as to when my money would be returned. You started this issue on september 27th and in spite of repeated warnings you have failed to do what is necessary. Rest assured that if you do not pay the entire amount as told by you in the telephonic conversation which i have complete records of, i shall gladly take you to court and make sure you don't defraud another customer. Please note that the delay of the remaining order is not a deliberate one but just due to non availability of the fresh stock in the warehouse. Moreover there have been taxation changes enforced by the government due to which there has been a major delay in procurement of new stocks from the manufacturers.
