[Resolved] Digital India Deal — refund not done - fraud company | |||
They called me 14-Dec-17 asking to purchase a product from their website. I purchased a belt and it was fake product, complaint of which has not been resolved yet. Then they took Rs. 8, 100 on 20-Dec-17 as GST charges for IphoneX as a gift. Charanjit Mehrotra (son of a ###) said that i have to pay Rs. 8, 100 only and if there is any issue they will refund. But later Rana (another kutta) called me asking for Rs. 8, 000 more. I said I can not pay and hence I want refund. I have been regularly mailing and calling these 2 ### from 17th January 2018, but their phone is switched off. Harami ka aulad Charanjit always makes excuse when I call him. Moreover on 23-Apr-18, last monday that son of a ### told me to make a payment of Rs. 2, 000 more so that refund can be done in 2 days. Today on 27-Apr-18, when I called him, he made the same excuse saying that money will be refunded on 2nd week of May. These people are making fool out of customers and cheating them. So anybody knew their customer care number, number they have provided is not working, can i take legal actions on them so please help me by providing with how to claim on this company
